Christmas Time is here
Well the start of our Holiday season always begins with our annual trip to San Francisco with Grammy and Grumpy. This year we went to the San Fran Zoo. The boys loved it. Alex kept calling the Ant Eater a kitty. They were so good and got to see lots of animals. We ( I mean Nathan) had an extra special treat on Sunday, we went to the Giants stadium to do some Christmas shopping and found out that the kids park is open on weekends. Nathan and Alex were the only kids the place. They got to play on the kids field until we said it was time to go. The entire way home all Nathan talked about was playing at the Giants game. It was great.
Our annual Christmas Tree run was a little different this year. The place we usually go was closed this year due to snow. So we had a snow day. We still met up with everyone and went and played in the snow up at China Wall. Nathan loved throwing snow balls (big shock) and Alex loved jumping in the water puddles. We tried to build snowmen also.
The boys helped decorate the tree! They like to look at the lights. Alex stands and points at the tree and giggles. It is so cute and Nathan tries to blow the lights out. I am very impressed that none of the ornaments have been used as baseballs yet.
Holiday traditions are being made this year. The boys are so much fun. Nathan is getting the idea of Christmas so much more than we thought he would this year. We have the Elf that talks to Santa at night. Nathan gets up every morning to see where Elf has landed. Alex loves the lights. Tree lights to house lights he gets so excited. Both boys love the singing Characters and play them all day long. Nathan has started to learn Christmas Carols and loves to sing Jingle Bells and Rodolph the Red Nose Reindeer.
I love this time of year, A warm fire and cuddling on the couch with a big plate of Christmas Cookies. This year has been so much fun and it only gives me hope of the years to come. Merry Christmas to all!

Halloween Fun!
What a great day! The boys had a wonderful Halloween with lots of friends and family. Nathan was Buzz Lightyear and Alex started the night as the Green Alien and then transformed into Woody. They did great Trick or Treating. Nathan ran up to every door and Alex just strolled along this year. I can't wait for the years to come.
